Error code 502 indicates that the program is currently in use, preventing the software from being exported.
SOLUTION: Please, ensure closing the program before attempting to export the license.
Once the program has been closed, you may re-open the License Manager and proceed with exporting the license.
Please note, you must access the License manager using the License Manager shortcut from the Windows menu. This shortcut can be found in the SAFI folder in the All programs menu.
