How to apply a V2C update code

Online Mode
  • 1. Open the License Manager
  • 2. Click Update an existing license
  • 3. Click Automated License Update
Offline Mode
  • 1. Open the License Manager
  • 2. Click Update an existing license
  • 3. Select Manual license update (Offline mode)
  • 4. Select Apply update code (Offline mode)
  • 5. Enter the V2C update code
  • 6. Click Apply update code

Steps to apply a V2C code - Versions Prior to 39.5:

Step 1. Open the License Manager

You can access the application using the License Manager shortcut from the Windows menu.

Step 2. Click on Activate a new software license or update an existing license.

Step 3. Click on Apply an update code or activate a software license (.v2c).

Step 4. Insert the V2C update code file

Insert the .v2c file you have received from SAFI in the lower edition field of the dialog box.

You can import the license .v2c file by either using the ‘open file‘ button or using the drag-and-drop features of Windows Explorer or your email program.

Additionally, you have the option to use the Copy command from your email program or from Windows Explorer to copy the file link. Then, paste it into the license update window using the ‘copy/paste’ button.

Step 5. Click on Apply license update to complete the activation of your license.

When you receive the message that your license has successfully been updated, you can close the License Manager application and launch the software.
